§ 6-169. Same—Emergency cases.

In cases of emergency where the building or structure declared a nuisance shall be of such nature as to cause imminent risk and danger to persons or property, the proceedings provided for in section 6-165 may be dispensed with and the mayor may, without notice, cause the structure to be repaired, removed or abated.
