§ 10-141. Parking or storing of vehicles.

  • No vehicle containing liquefied petroleum gas shall be parked or stored on the streets, alleys, public thoroughfares or at any other point except on premises owned or leased by the owner of such vehicle and approved as permanent tank locations as provided for in section 10-111 or upon premises designated as parking areas by the city council; and subject to the provisions of section 10-136; provided, however, that the vehicle may be parked at the point where the commodity is to be delivered and such delivery is made without undue delay.
