§ 8-3. Posting or publishing notice of election.

Latest version.

The chief of police shall post a properly executed copy of the election proclamation and notice at a public place in each election precinct where the election is to be held or the notice shall be published in the newspaper pursuant to state law. Such notice shall be posted at least twenty-one (21) days before the date of the election.
