§ 2-142. Separation of funds.

Upon final verification of collection fees received for the prior billing month, funds and a list of paid customers will be provided from the City of Fort Stockton to Pecos County EMS. The city's finance department will implement and maintain a separate general ledger account to stay abreast of Pecos County's EMS monies.
