§ 2-141. Returned check fee.

If the city receives a returned check from its utility billing customer, the returned check fee will continue to belong to the city and will be administered in accordance with its policies and procedures. If an EMS Lifeline program participant is liable for a returned check, the city's monthly report to Pecos County will indicate such.
