§ 24-25. Discontinuing service for maintenance and cleaning.

The right is reserved by the city to temporarily discontinue and to reconnect, without notice, the water or gas supply to all consumers for the purpose of making repairs, connections and extensions and cleaning of mains, machinery, reservoir or any part of the city utilities system.
