§ 16-69. Authority to enforce.

  • An officer or person authorized by the city to administer the procedures authorized by section 16-67 may enter private property for the purposes specified in the procedures to examine a vehicle or vehicle part, obtain information as to the identity of the vehicle and remove or cause the removal of a vehicle or vehicle part that constitutes a nuisance and is declared a nuisance pursuant to this division. The municipal court shall have authority to issue all orders necessary to enforce the procedures for the removal of vehicles or parts thereof that constitute a public nuisance.
