§ 16-68. Disposal.

A junked vehicle or vehicle part may be disposed of by the city by removal to a scrap yard or to a demolisher for processing as scrap or salvage. The process of disposal shall comply with the provisions of Vernon's Ann. Civ. St. section 5.09(d), article 4477-9a.
