§ 11-35.1. Penalty for violation of article.

Latest version.

Any person, firm or corporation who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each additional day and every violation of the provisions of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
