§ 6-161. Definition.

  • The following word when used in this article, shall have the meaning ascribed in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Move-in structure shall mean any structure of whatever nature or construction which is not wholly constructed within the corporate limits of the city, or which is wholly constructed within the corporate limits of the city and is subsequently moved to another location.
