§ 6-141. Declaration of nuisance

Any building or structure requiring repair, removal or demolition, as described and defined herein below and all buildings or structures within the city which because of their condition are unsafe, unsanitary or otherwise dangerous to the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the city are hereby declared to be a public nuisance and unlawful and subject to the provisions of this article regarding repair, removal or demolition.
