§ 4-2. Permit required.

No person shall engage in any business involving the sale, distribution, manufacture, or transportation of intoxicating liquors as defined and classified by the V.T.C.A., Alcoholic Beverage Code, definitions adopted in this article unless they first obtain a permit from the city secretary.
