Subject to like provisions being made by the Commissioners Court of Pecos County, Texas, by proper order, duly promulgated and entered on their minutes, and as authorized by the provisions of the Airport Zoning Act, V.T.C.A., Local Government Code § 241.001 et seq., there is hereby created a joint airport zoning board, to be known as the Pecos County-City of Fort Stockton Joint Airport Zoning Board, which board shall have the powers and exercise the duties set forth in V.T.C.A., Local Government Code §§ 241.002, 241.011, and 241.014.
