§ 3-24. County attorney designated administrative agent.

The county attorney is hereby designated the administrative agent charged with the duty of administering and enforcing the regulations prescribed in this article. The duties of the county attorney shall include that of hearing and deciding all applications for variances under section 3-22 but the county attorney shall not have or exercise any of the powers or duties delegated to the board of adjustment in this article.
