§ 2-139. Administrative service fee.

For administrative services performed, the City of Fort Stockton's Utility Billing Department will maintain one dollar ($1.00) of the six dollars ($6.00) collected from customers on the monthly billing plan. The five dollar ($5.00) program fee will accordingly be forwarded to the EMS Lifeline program.
