§ 2-42. Appointment of members; terms; removal.

(a)

Each member appointed to the planning and zoning commission shall serve for a term of two (2) years unless the member resigns or is removed.

(b)

A member may be removed by the appointing authority upon written charges and after a public hearing if the public hearing is requested by the member against whom the charges are brought.
