§ 26-11. Appeal.

  • If the manager or his designee denies the issuance of a license, or suspends or revokes a license, written notice of the action and the right to appeal shall be sent to the applicant, or licensee, by certified mail, return receipt requested. The aggrieved party may appeal the decision of the city council. The filing of an appeal stays the action of the manager or his designee in suspending or revoking a license until the city council makes a final decision.
