§ 23-154. Privileges granted.

The registration required by this division when issued shall entitle the person owning or controlling the use of the bicycle registered to operate such bicycle for which such tag has been issued upon all the streets, alleys and public highways exclusive of sidewalks in the city during the period for which such registration is authorized.
