§ 23-151. Fees.

(a)

The fee to be paid for each bicycle registration shall be one dollar ($1.00) and shall be paid in advance and may be transferred when the ownership of the bicycle is transferred. A fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be paid for such transfer.

(b)

A person who has lost the registration card or tag as required in this article shall make application to the chief of police for a new card or tag. The chief of police shall issue a new registration card or tag or both, as the case may be, to such person upon the payment of a fee of one dollar ($1.00).

(c)

The fees collected under this article shall be paid into the general fund of the city.
