§ 23-63. U-turns generally.

  • No U-turn shall be made by the driver of any vehicle at any intersection where electric traffic-control or stop signs are in operation. U-turns are prohibited between intersections but may be made at intersections where no such traffic-control devices are in operation unless such turn is prohibited as provided in this section. Turning from a parked position to the left between intersections to travel in the opposite direction is hereby defined as a U-turn, within the meaning of this section.
