§ 20-91. Interference with traffic-control devices.

  • No sign shall be so erected as to interfere with any traffic signal, blinker light, warning device, or traffic-control sign of any description or to confuse those persons governed by such signals. The chief of police shall be the sole judge as to the existence of such interference or confusion.
