§ 20-5. Airport zoning ordinance takes precedence.

If any part of this chapter regulating the height of structures is found in conflict with the ordinance known as the "Airport Zoning Ordinance, Pecos County Airport" of September 12, 1949, the airport zoning ordinance shall take precedence.
