§ 18-1. Refusal to aid officer.

  • If any person, being called on by the chief of police or any other peace officer, shall refuse or fail to aid such officer in any manner in which, by law, such person may be rightfully called on to aid or assist in the execution of a duty incumbent upon such officer, such person shall be fined an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
