§ 13-48. Action by planning and zoning commission.

(a)

The planning and zoning commission shall hold public hearings as provided in the comprehensive zoning ordinance of the city according to Vernon's Ann. Civ. St., art. 1011f, to consider any historical landmark subdistrict designation recommended by the commission.

(b)

At the conclusion of a hearing, the planning and zoning commission shall set forth in writing its recommendation including the findings of fact that constitute the basis for its decision and shall transmit such recommendation to the city council.
