§ 12-23. Persons authorized at city waste management facilities.

Only employees directing the operation of the department of public works, contractors and consultants authorized by the city, state and federal governmental representatives with jurisdiction over the waste management facility, and persons delivering garbage or other rubbish to a city waste management facility are allowed within the confines of such city waste management facility. All other persons are prohibited on such city waste management facility.
