§ 10-117. Use near natural gas distributing line.

No person shall use liquefied petroleum gas for domestic, commercial or industrial purposes on premises, any part of which is within one hundred (100) feet of a natural gas distributing line except as provided in section 10-118 or under special permit issued by the city council.
