§ 10-104. Permit for installation or repair; report.

No person shall install or repair any tank, container or equipment for the storing or consumption of liquefied petroleum gas or install any piping for the distribution or use of liquefied petroleum gas on any premises within the city until such person shall have secured a permit from the city. Upon completion of such installation or repair work such person shall submit to the city manager a copy of the installation report as submitted to the railroad commission.
