§ 10-3. Arson reward.

(a)

A reward is hereby offered by the city in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to any person who shall furnish testimony or evidence leading to the connection of any person who shall have committed the offense of arson within the corporate limits of the city.

(b)

The city treasurer is directed, upon order of the city council, to pay such reward to such person as shall be entitled to receive the same.
